Hey all,

so I setup Tracking 202 (self-hosted) a couple days ago and launched my first campaign.

Everything went fine, until I noticed that I had 0 clicks from adCenter, but thousands of clicks showing in 202. I checked the ips, and sure enough, they were all from bots.

So I changed my settings to display "real clicks" only, which helped, but I still have 97 clicks showing in prosper.. all from bots.

Is there ANY way to filter out these ips, so I can get accurate 202 info? This has been bugging me for a month now.

I hear prosper/tracking 202 is one of the best tracking programs out there, and I'd like to be able to use it. Any help from fellow 202 users would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks!

I'm interested in this too because I'm going to be using Prosper soon...bump!

Come on guys, this is the first intelligent question I've seen go unanswered on WF.

hmm, maybe this has already been answered in another post.. if it has, I'm not able to find it. Links, anyone?

You can try on The Bevo Media Exchange tracker - you can easily filter out these bot clicks. Let me know if you need any additional help with it.

I don't think you can filter them out, removing these you will have to "Delete All Click Data" in · Administration ·. or go into phpmyadmin and delete these manually in your database.

here is a larger ip list you may compare with your database.
Search Engine Spider IP List

Have you tried other tracking platforms?
as some platform may be easier understand.
Bevomedia - free and paid (for all type of traffic)
CPVlabs - paid (product was targeted for ppv users, im sure for other type of traffic.)

all i can for online (hosted and self-hosted ver)
