I've never been one to really do much on PPV, but recently I started playing around with some campaigns (1m+ impressions /day) and my Prosper202 is totally tanking. Is p202 not able to handle big boy campaigns or is do I need to do some tweaking?

I'm running Liquidweb's Storm on Demand @

I'm not a big server techie, but I was just wondering

- where is the bottleneck occurring? p202+sql, right?
- what server optimizations can I do?
- sql optimizations?
- move to a dedicated? even though storm is arguably comparable?
- does p202 just suck? bevo? custom software for ppv?

I'm ready to move up to the next Storm offerrings, but I'm not sure if these will help:

Intel Dual Xeon E5506 2133MHz 2cpu 8core 12.0GB 1disks 461GB ZDRIVE (none)
AMD Dual Opteron 2350 2000MHz 2cpu 8core 32.0GB 4disk 1853GB SATA RAID10
...or buying a load balancer for Storm.

Kinda thinking out loud here. If any of you technical server guys can pipe in I'd definitely appreciate it.

Thanks.

Is it your links that are actually slow, or just slow as hell loading your reports?

Might want to give cpvlab a shot since it was designed for PPV
