PR Updates offers a unique service. I created this service because I thought it would benefit webmasters and make their lives a little easier.
PageRank, although not considered overly important by all webmasters, is still a factor that many consider and pay close attention to. PR Updates offers you a unique service that allows you to receive PageRank updates via e-mail for any/all of your favorite sites. You simply subscribe with your e-mail address and the site you want to receive the updates on. You are sent a varification e-mail and upon varification you will receive an e-mail for that site on the next update.
When PageRank updates you will receive an e-mail telling you with your old PR and your new PR. There is also a link in that e-mail that lets you reverify your subscription, which is required to receive the next update.
You can easily earn off the PR updates by placing an ad in the e-mails sent out. You might also be able to earn by placing an ad on the Live PageRank Checker, which is already a pretty popular service offered by the site.

I am looking for $250+ for this site. Although the stats aren't that impressive (no advertising for this site at all yet), I think the site is well worth the $250+ because of the unique idea, design, and fuctions.
