Public Comment @ Santa Cruz City Council



OMG I'm crying! That was great!

(minus the raisin bran I spit out while I was watching it)
 
I spent quite a bit of time in Santa Cruz and the liberal city council has really let the homeless take over. It's a small beach town in the most picturesque of settings surrounded by multimillion dollar homes.

The only two sets of people that can inhabit the the city full time are the ultra rich and the homeless.
 
I'm pretty sure the first chick ate Miss Teen South Carolina. The stupidity and inflection are spot on:

A lot of those people seem mentally ill. I was wondering why SC seemed to be so full of mentally ill(just judging from the videos), but I guess the tolerance towards the homeless sort off explains it, since there is a strong correlation between homelessness and mental illness.
