I'm in the middle of reading through YellowPages.com's ToS and FTC regulations on telemarketing, but in the meantime I also wanted to get feedback from anyone who has experience with what I'm trying to do.
I'm going to call geo and industry-specific business owners for the sake of a survey. I will not be soliciting anything and the information will be used to build a statistic for a free publication. The publication will not be attached directly to any additional form of monetization.
Is anyone familiar with the red tape I should look out for?
