I have had two offers that I had to pull from Facebook because of poor "quality"
1. Dating... international
2. Acai... go figure
I know one problem is that ads appear on the app download page of facebook so advertisers see app.facebook.com as a referrer and think you are sending incentivized traffic
Last note about FaceBook. A bunch of reps came by the San Francisco Meetup202 to what I thought was a chance to get some answers, instead most of them were just trying to recruit affiliates under them.

Me "Hey, I am running FB for some offer"
FB Rep "Yeah, what offers and how much are you spending"
Me "Dating, Diet, the ussual and a lot"
FB Rep "I can get your budget increased"
Me "Thanks but I already have a FB rep who does that"
FB Rep "Oh you have a rep... NEXT!!!"
