Hi,
I shall get straight to the point. Does anyone know what is the editable thing of wikipedia called? You know the thing that anyone in the world can use to automatically bold/italic/font size/format things. kinda like the wordpress thing or the editor of wf. It is some sort of an editor, but what is it called and anywhere I can get it? Someone told me its called a CMS, but I'm not so sure...

Another question, what is this theme called? Customer Manual - Site5Wiki

It is some sort of wikipedia theme, I searched and could not find anything about it. Any ideas where I can get it.
