i have a bunch of domains(about 60).
i'm just starting out trying arbi.

i was wondering if it's better to make subdomains on a domain i don't use, and then forward some of my other keyword rich domains to the subs i created,
...or just use the keyword domains by themselves(and make subs inside of them)?

would it make a difference or not, i'm thinking ahead about if they get blacklisted.

thanks in advance, all you guys have been a real help so far.
i haven't seen this issue addressed, just trying to cover all bases.

aiight fug it
i put up a test site to see if maybe someone can see if i'm on the right track or not for arbi(i know i might not get much traffic, i'm interested to know if i got the principle down or not).

i forwarded a domain to a sub on another hosted sub directory(not sure if i needed to or not).
i tried to make the copy crappy enough to get surfers to click to get off the page.
i tried to follow all the advice i've read that i could remember.

anything obvious i overlooked?
anything i should do different, besides make a TON more of em?

I would make the image next to the ads on the left side of your site smaller with some spacing between each image. Check out this site....helps yah with placement of ads and images.

ImproveCTR

And also....try it out (test it), remove the Main image of Michael Vick...its pulling the viewer away from looking at the images next to your ads (left side), another rule of thumb is to display less ads, the less you have the higher the payout for those ads (sometimes).... (i would def. get rid of the ads on the bottom)

and also....thats the i-geek.info template!! but thats a good way to start....copy exactly then tweak it till it works 100x better!!

I'm also a n00b.....so i could be wrong with all the things I just said...but thats what I learn for WF.....just stick around...you learn a shitload of stuff!!

People keep refering to the ImproveCTR website - yet the images it has is clearly violating Adsense TOS. There is no visible border between the image and ads as you're supposed to do.

Yeah there is a black border around the pix. Depending on the color scheme I will use a 1px solid #cccccc (grey).

thanks greenvy for your response

does anyone else back up his thoughts?

I agree with him. align your pics better and then test the big image. I've only been using one ad block (I think 336x280) on my arbi sites and it seems like I make more of those compared to the ones that have more ads.

k, thanks, i'm using 2 250 X 250 blocks. sometimes one block gets 3 ads & the other gets 2, sometimes they both get 3 and it's all lined up.

also, crislingle said in a pm i should remove the "advertise on this site" text.
isn't that in the code, or is there a way to remove it?

thanks guys for the help

Log in to your adsense account, go to My Account, Account Settings and turn off Onsite Advertiser Sign-Up. It takes a little while to go away.
