I don't drink a huge amount of coffee (maybe about 1-pint of moka-pot strength a day), but I'm getting so I feel I can't work without it.
I woke up the other morning worrying about going to my parents' house because they only have shitty instant.
I'm not a fan of being addicted to stuff, so time to quit I think. I quit smoking decades ago, with no problem at all using only willpower, so shouldn't be too tough.
Has anyone here quit caffeine? How long did it take to get over withdrawals? Any tips?
