"A customer walked in, he was butt naked. And demanded cigarettes, he was asking for Marlboro Lights and some other kind of cigarettes. And he told the man, what are you doing over here? With nothing on??" says store owner Mike Ziyadeah
The store clerk says Travis demanded cigarettes and didn't have money.
"He said just go ahead and give me the cigarettes he's looking at his hands. He didn't have any money on him."
The clerk also said once they denied Travis the merchandise he sped away in a 1998 Pontiac Trans Am
"He was driving a race car. It was a camaro kind of. It's black and souped up with wheels and everything."
