I've always heard that I need to submit my site to the search engines too. Is this something I should be doing? I know where I can get a really good deal on a package that sends my site to over 1000 of the major search engines. Waiting for your reply.

I've heard that if you do this + 5000 directory submissions and make sure your meta tags have lots of keywords in them...you are pretty much guaranteed #1. Is that true?

Whoa, I can't wait for his response on this one, sounds promising. I was also wondering if it's ok to stuff 300 of my keywords into the bottom of my page. I have blended the text in with the background of my site so it's not visible to the user. Will this get me ranked #1 for my keywords?

I think you should go with over 300. Another thing that works really well, is check the user agent w/ PHP. If it's Googlebot, the best thing to do is serve a different version of the page with only your KW on it like 1000 times. Like this:

<title>Hai Googlebot!</title>
<h1>My Keyword</h1>
<h1>My Keyword</h1>
<h1>My Keyword</h1>
^ repeat 997 times
