ranktrackerace HELP...Anyone?

I have a site that, according to ranktrackerace is #1 in Bing and #2 in Yahoo for a sweet buying term with a solid amount of searches. The only problem is that when I search yahoo and bing, my site is nowhere to be found. Now I could see if it was bouncing around but it has been there steadily.

I get that there are different servers and different locations for the search engines, but I have no idea what is going on. I contacted support, but got no response...can't blame them its a great tool and I don't expect them to answer something so trivial. BUT, I would love to sell this site for a few hundred bucks and that is never happening if I can't prove the ranking. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!!
 


Is it local query? I've got a site that has different rankings for its main keyword across 30 different rank trackers different from what I see on chrome incognito search.

A sweet buying term? Ranking number 1? You can easily verify that through the number of visitors that you get. Do you track visitors? Use another tracker as well, i.e microsite masters offers free accounts for ten keywords

No one is going to buy your site cause it's simply number one for a couple hundreds bucks. How much traffic is it bringing in? You could be #1 for a term bringing 2 visitors a month, you think that's worth anything? Look in your analytics and see how many daily uniques (unique visitors) you are getting, and base your evaluation on that.​

Haha I may be a peasant and noob, but at least Ive been around long enough to know not to click that link...

They are not local terms, they android tablet terms with 4,400 exact match searches per month each

I realize that makes me a pussy on here, I was just looking for some advice on why I can't see it when I search. And again it is not because the local servers haven't updated as it has show these results for awhile.

Confirming with Microsite Masters as we speak. Thanks for the advice.
