if you guys dont mind me asking how much do you pay for click, right now for example if I bid highest amount which is about 3 dollars a click and use a keyword like make money online, Google says ill get 400 clicks in one day resulting in about 1000 dollars in costs and my commission will be 55 dollars. Im going to have to get atleast 20 sales to make some profit and any more than that is cash in the bank. Now im not new to this but I just haven't taken the risk to spend 1000 dollars because of the risk.

Is this how much people make large profits in ppc I mean it seems plausible 20 sales out of 400 clicks isn't too far fetched. It would be great if someone could shed some light on this and break down there costs and conversion rates that would be a great help, thanks.

They may do it via e-mail, and pay big money for click but it's almost 1 time spend. 20 sales of 400 clicks very decent for 20 $55 commision, but don't look at it just like that.

It seems like the big bucks is in the make online money niche or the fitness niche does that sound about right? To meit makes sense that, that's what sells. Targeting smaller niches doesn't pay big even though there might not be any competition. Also is 20 sales out 400 do able or is that low and i could probably pull of like 40-50?

Nope, 20 sales out of 400 clicks and not rebill - that's ideal !!! and highly unlikely achievable, but... who knows:) start with seo and see then

so me getting 20 sales out of 400 is really good but then i would only be breaking even

So making a profit like some of you guys have said which i take with a grain of salt is impossible then?

In all honesty, a 5% conversion rate is really, really good and often a result of A LOT of time(and money) spent splittesting and optimising. I find it hard to see you gettin that kind of conversion rate straight after launching your campaign but it's achievable, just be prepared for a lot of testing of different things. Also, from what I've noticed, the moment you settle and your content with your CTR and conversion rate, it starts dropping, meaning you have to constantly update and keep splittesting.

I made about $230 with freakin google ads on a site that I got my 15min of e-fame on. That's about my experience into money from adverts. I haven't even begun doing real IM yet. I'm still reading and coming up with what I want to tackle first.

My 15min of e-fame:

!@#$!@@@@@@@ MY ISYS PROJECT @@@@@@!%#@!@

I was on radio stations in San Diego, LA, and Seattle rofl

I spent around 6 month messing about wi clickbank and free traffic and was making $200-300 a month with a lot of work on my part, but now I have been doing cpa via paid traffic for a little under 3 week and my revenue now as I write this is $1,464.20, which just over half of this profit, this is with one network and 2 different traffic sources.

I personally wish I had started doing this to begin with rather than doing so much reading in places like digital point and warrior forum rather than getting my feet wet and trying stuff for my self, also I can be a bit lazy so paid traffic suits me much better as seeing results quickly really motivates me to keep on testing new stuff.

Fuckin love this business :)

I made $10K my first month, but I had some good coaching and mentoring from some people already in the industry.

Check out bevomedia.com. Ryan from Bevo Media has put together some amazing resources on his site and he's up to some big things. I think they're also going to start offering "mentors" for people so that's such an easy way to get in. Start reading and learning!

so much fraud in this thread.

im a week in and so far i've made 1.063 cents, overall im -9.937(had to buy the .com domain)

I almost made a buttload (about $400) with Commission Junction after recruiting a sub affiliate to help (was paying him $2 per lead he helped me to generate for some of my advertisers). Unfortnately they ended up terminating my account because none of the leads converted into sales, plus I was using a forum (namely earn money space) to help with the promotion efforts and apparently commission junction did not like that.

Can take years depending on your track (SEO,PPC,CPV,Email) but once it clicks and you have half a brain and some serious drive you will ball. Start building and experimenting brotha.

after fucking around with my thumb up my ass and failing with PPC. I did what I knew best (SEO), started a blog 2 weeks ago and made $150 so far in pure profit. it's not much, but it's a start. I failed with PPC because I had unrealistic goals - trial and error I guess.

What can a noobie expect from affiliate marketing? It's not get-rich-overnight anymore and it takes so to give noobies some picture what to expect if they read and actually try to do stuff for three months.

This is kinda a group effort. Please answer truthfully how much you earned in a month after THREE (3) months of doing shit in internet.

My answer is that I earned about average $500 a month after 3 months from starting. My biggest problem was that it wasn't constant and I had to constantly come up with new stuff to make that $500.

I am only about two months in now, but I'm averaging about $400/week revenue of which $150-250/week is profit.

It's a lot about luck getting the right campaigns. You also need to remember any new small business pours 100% (or more) back into their business to expand. I've made next to no actual profit if I account for all the money I've pushed back into trying new things.

Another thing I've learned is I have about 5-10 dud campaigns for every profitable one. Again, more money lost in the pursuit of more money gained.
