Also depends on how well done. If you are leaving big fat footprints all over the place the services is worthless. If you are doing it well, I'd say $10/100 should get you some business.

I know a dude form China who does it for some stupid price like 10,000 for $100. I haven't use dhim in a long time but he does it stupid cheap. Uploads like 5 videos per account.
Someone removed my titties. If you waste 10 seconds of a mans life it is only right to compensate him with some titties.

I haz softwarez that duz all this and duz it weary wellz. It needs a small portion of it updated to grab the new flv locations since the last youtube update (7 lines of code). If anyone updates it they can have full access to use it anytime.
It can currently do exactly what the OP described at 46k frames/sec which is about 125 vids/minute. It can't do account creation but on top of doing video id lists it can also do keyword based copying (you put in a keyboard and it steals/watermarks/reups all 100 results)
