Recommend me a data entry person/company?

I'm looking to move all my content from Joomla to Drupal. Currently, I only have the content on my joomla set up as basically static pages. For example, for vocabulary terms, I just have a page that has all of the terms copied and pasted from a word document basically. I would like each vocabulary terms to be entered into the CMS separately as a term. That way they can be pulled from all over the site and used in different pages.

This will undoubtably take some time for me to do by myself so Im looking for someone else to help me out. Can anyone recommend me a data entry firm/person that is able to handle work like this and for a decent rate?

I have been trying to find a researcher/data entry person from China/India for a little while now - without success. Fortunately I now have a guy on the ground in India helping me out. But I'd recommend trying your luck on oDesk and Elance.

A better option - if you have enough terms, you may be able to get someone to hook you up with a export/import script for $50 on Elance. There seems to be quite a bit of Joomla/Drupal skill on those freelancer sites.

I need a bunch of html work done and I wasn't sure where to get any help either. I mainly do writing and artwork, and computer graphics, coding, html isn't my forte. So I was wondering if you finally found some help and if you could recommend anyone.
