Removing Listings from Google

Do a WHOIS on the sites with the inappropriate results, and contact the host. Try and get contact information, if it is private you can get a subpoena (that will scare him a bit too). If its inappropriate enough, it shouldnt be hard to get the host to take it down. Threaten defamination

Sure, let's hire a lawyer for 50K to take on this case and throw subpoenas around. Do you even realize at what point subpoenas come into play? After a lawsuit/indictment has been filed.

You dont just pick up a phone and say "I'd like a subpoena please. Extra anchovies"

Just make your own site that looks like google with her listing gone. Ask her to come around your house and show her the results. Get your mac on.

When she gets home and checks the real results she will see you tricked her. But who cares you already got your bit ;)

Yeah lawyers are the last resort. A good online reputation management company will run you $30k for the year where a good lawyer will run you at least $150k for the year for sending out cease and desist and bringing cases against those who won't remove the content.
