PayPopUp is not an affiliate network, nor is it connected to Convert2Media. PayPopUp is run by Yesup, a Canadian company that also runs Clicksor. PayPopUp was good back in the days of popups, and was one of the best popup networks I used next to Oversee.net/Revenue.net.
