A polite message back to her could work (if you haven't already); otherwise I say hit her with a nice official looking invoice and a strongly worded letter to accompany it.

I appreciate the advice from all. Of course with a little time my head has cooled a bit. We did not reach an agreement, but I wasn't really expected her to just cough up the money.

Since I can make more money doing affiliate and other entrepreneurial activities, I guess I will just suck it up. I will pursue the "principle of the matter" when I can afford to.

But isn't this what Yelp was created for? Oh, you gots to love how much ranking power the Goog gives to user feedback, without any sort of validation whatsoever.

Build a site using keywords for her business and direct them to her competitor.

Or, slightly better, build a site and get it to out rank hers for her keywords and then put affiliate links on from her competitors.
