He didn't "steal" fuck all. It's a free market. Up your game if you want to retain / attract clients.

Its one company and we are using CRM to manage calls and shit,there are rules in the company,but owner is letting them to break it once in a while and he is doing to some other people or pretends dumb, "ohhh I didn't see it,sorry". Customer doesn't care who he talks to or helps him get the service or fixes the problem. The customer had a 4 years contract and it was ending in a month, he called 4 months earlier just to try to steal it.

If I make it clear to him or flood his phone,he wont be able to make calls or receive it. No calls + no emails = no $$$ = lesson learned. Talk to other colleagues and they are stealing from one another and having stupid fight over client base.

Slapping him in da face would be great idea,but dont wanna deal with police.
