Review Slapped on Google ..

Mate, this is the notice I got..

Landing pages advertised via AdWords must have relevant, original content, and must be transparent about the nature of the business being promoted. Further, advertisers are prohibited from promoting certain types of sites, which include, but are not limited to:
* Data collection sites that imply delivery of free items, etc., in order to collect private information
* Arbitrage sites without relevant and original content that are designed for the purpose of showing ads
* Affiliate sites without relevant and original content that are designed to drive traffic to another site with a different domain
* "Get-rich quick" sites that make unrealistic promises
* Sites that are deceptive
* Sites that distribute malware or spyware
* Extremely misleading/unverifiable or inaccurate claims

and it is because it is a affiliate site and they specify you can not have affiliate sites.

it could be possible that since u r selling pharma products which requires an Pharmacy ID to sell the products online. Doesnt matter if its a bridge page, your motive is to sell pharma products. I could be wrong but thats what i thought at first look

But he do have relevant and original content it seems, google just don't want content on home page presented like it is, what they want is big blog posts like here
Pherazone on homepage and maybe small banners for each product on side just to scroll easier

Let me know if they slapped it right away or allowed for some time to advertise ?

They hate affiliates and they know what you are doing. And vinnythejinny has got another point.

They don't like bridge pages and they can see clearly that this site is directing users to another website.

seolinker, actually you've got a solid point there. review page as homepage is not a very good idea.

anyway, all reviews are done by persons.

Just don't let them sniff out that you are just promoting other people's stuff the obvious way.

Build a blog or site, talk about the niche, get some content.

Very good example of current landing page adwords-friendly seems here
Starcraft 2 Guide yep, only few days ago it was just splash page with like 3 paragraph of text for each guide and all that 1 page lander, looks google went after this guy:)

I am hunting for it cause was dominated that on FB for some time, even was about profitable, CTR like 0.2 with zealot picture from blizz:) still in whole..

While this bastard dominated adwords it seems:) my mistake. my fucking mistake!

After doing some research it looks like what other people are doing is adding articles on review pages to buffer them so they don't look like bride pages. Just look at the webhosting review sites. Will see if this works.

Yep, basically I think they simply go for homepage review, they do not care that you have blog there, forum, faq, articles, etc. homepage looks like review old-style and all they care about it seems.

I would also add a price to each product, they (google) love different prices for different products.

Basically here is what they replied to someone on another forum (his site was about 1 rebill product by the way lol).....

"I emailed their customer support since I can't get a hold of them over the phone and they reviewed the site and responded with this

Option 1: Refine your web page so that it provides a unique user
experience and has an overall unique look and feel.

We find that sites have a unique user experience when one of the following
is true:

- The landing page for each ad offers different products or services (for
example, a large manufacturer with two product sites, one solely for
stereos and one solely for computers, both running on the keyword
'electronics')

- The landing page for each ad serves a different purpose (for example,
one site focuses on product information only and the other site focuses on
product sale only)

- Any product overlaps on the landing pages are not significant enough to
affect user experience

- The pricing difference offered by each site is significant and based on
the same criteria (for example, if one site includes pricing with tax, the
other site must include pricing with tax)

Option 2: Redesign your web page to offer multiple, competing offers from
different companies for related services. For example, a web page
promoting a specific book could have links to four online bookshops from
which one could purchase the book."

Just so you know, Google doesn't care about any of this really. I can't name the number of sites Google has disapproved that have met MORE than all these qualifications.

Hmm.. searched for webhosting review paid results in google.

There is almost no content, how do they allow them then. And yes purpose of that sites is to redirect to others.

Hate to say it but these guys are "grand fathered" in. I have an old account (opened in 2004) and I can get away with murder. Rebills? Shoddy content? Sure, why not? I open a fresh account and I can't get anything through. YMMV. I also think the age of the site, as well as the sites organic rankings play a big role in the approval process.

look at the 6 month chart.

They need affiliates back. Cuz they are pissing off investors too

LOL, yeah they really need affiliates. Google posted a 1.8 BILLION dollar net profit last quarter, up 24% from last years numbers. Man they are really suffering.... I know affiliates are pissed at Google for crashing the party but they aren't going anywhere any time soon.

What are you doing search for? Google is only good for dat' content network ya hizzzay???

Since your product is phermones, target male health nuts and body builders with keywords like 'bodybuilding'. Drive them to a squeeze page, capture their email, enlighten them about the sheer sexy power of phermones via daily email drops, hint at an exclusive sale starting in 3 days, open shopping cart (or email affiliate link ha), profit!!!!
