You should notify those he is advertising then as misleading and false advertising is a big no no, the network and/or advertiser he is running probably doesnt know you should point it out to them

Sometimes people are smart, and geo target and will show a different ad in the state of the advertiser or network than the rest of the country, of course this is done so the network or advertiser cant see the misleading items.

All i'll say is that if this guy gets click-frauded faster than google can catch the fraud and issue refunds, his prepaids will be toast (and probably tossed) before he knows what hit him.
 
The thing is... the prepaids I'm talking about can be picked up at just about any currency exchange in the states.

Like I also said- If he is doing this (Which I am highly suspect of... I mean come on) he can change address and other info on the card in real time. Granted, the card #, exp, and VCC are the same, the addresses are changing (Used with a common name who knows how much he could pull in exponentially)

He's ranking for all kinds of shit from ringtones, free ringtones, {Artist} {songtitle}, {songtitle} ringtone, etc

azoogle didn't address the misleading advertisement - basically they are saying it's allowed ... unbelievable

well can someone help me now? right now im bidding .80 cents per click and im getting like 7-10 clicks a day but i am making a profit every day. Im getting 1-2 leads which gives me $15-30$, and im spending like 5 bucks everyday. so each day im getting a profit of around 10-20 dollars. im trying to just let it run and eventually have google lower my bids (im bidding .80 max however my avg is .73 per click), am i on the right track? how do i get google to lower my avg cpc so i can pay like .60 cents per click and be on like the 1st, 2nd pages...im on the 4th page now, i would be on 2nd if that guy didint have so many ads. anyways am i on the right track? do i just let it roll and google will evenutallymove me upand lower my bids?

You are bidding for he wrong keywords.i told you to get more kywords amd get some traving for the keywords.

i did get more keyowrds im bidding on specific ones like timbaland apologize ringtone, stronger ringtone, 50 cent best friend ringtone etc...i have an ad group for each song, i keep adding daily,, i have About 100 ad groups now .....the thing is only like 3 of them are actually getting clicks...."ringtones" is getting the most clicks
 
im still trying to get the tracking to work, it wont work, i have the landing page in an i frame and the affiliate link i have the php code in the subid spot but its not grabbing the keyword.
