Rock Melt Browser

So i've been checking out RockMelt, a new browser backed by Marc Andreesen. It seems pretty cool. basically a facebook browser with lots of social media integration. facebook chat is integrated into the browser with seperate windows on the left side of the browser and twitter and other feeds from your favorite sites can be added to the right side of the browser. i've added affbuzz and a number of other sites. its really easy to share things. i wont be making this my main work browser. but its definitely cool for taking a break and using social media.

will it change the browsing experience? not sure but an interesting idea nonetheless.

So they took Chromium, slapped on some Facebook buttons and then called it a day? Pass. It's just like what those kids at Flock Browser - The Social Web Browser did with Firefox.

Oh this is SO Web 5.0! I can't wait for their huge burn of VC money before the declaration of a triumphant success/exit in a press release filled with terms like "game changing" and "connectivity"
