Of course I can see why the blackout is being done, but I think the reason that the blackout WORKS is because most people (read: Fucktards) simply won't allow themselves to live in a world where "Conspiracy" happens....recently told The Hill that “fair-minded people don’t know why Ron Paul is not given adequate press.”
He noted that the media in conservative circles don’t cover Paul because they don’t feel that he can clinch the Republican nomination...
If those stupid idiots choose Perry, I will gleefully vote for Obama and dance on the grave that they dug for themselves.

It's like they're so afraid to admit to themselves that the world isn't fair and nice that they refuse to see things blocking their path.
I disagree on the motive behind the disbelief. I tend to not believe in most conspiracy theories because that implies a very organized controlling body and our government is just not that organized(fema, 9/11). There are too many organizations and too much red tape to ever unify enough for a really complex conspiracy to occur. With the media, it would mean that different media giants are working together...really? So while there's definitely no question about hidden agendas, I still think conspiracy is too much credit.
