Fake is nice, it surpisingly depends on the doctor though. Some make the nipples all crosseyed and shit. The ones that do a good job you can only tell if your really lookin(feelin) for them. But i will definitely take C-D anyday I avoid those DDD+ at all costs. They'd injure a guy like me :)
 
I don't see the issue here. The first thing I think about is "Wow those are breasts!". :eek: Not "Wow those are so fake".
