I've played around with it for a few minutes, my initial thoughts:

Best looking browser, hands down.
Very quick, impressive.
Do we really need another browser?
I miss my Firefox Plugins. Essential to daily use.

If Apple were smart, I think they'd make Safari backwards compatible with Firefox's Add-On's structure, so that I keep my plugins. Not sure if this is possible on a technical level, but it's crucial in my opinion to courting a huge sector technical and non-technical people alike.

The quickness of Chrome has made it my default browser, but whenever I want to actually do work, firefox has too many benefits with the plugins.

i think chrome will soon have greasemonkey support though, fwiw

not sure i can spend time with yet another browser without ff plugin support

Not too much different than Chrome.

/Stays with Firefox... I needs my plugins...

I've used it for a few more hours and it is really nice... but one thing (other than extensions) keeps me from using it. It doesn't work with the Windows7 "snap to the top" feature. It's the only application I have a problem with... and it's a big enough issue that I can't use it anymore.

The mother fucker shut down on me when I was working on a campaign. I had like 3 browser windows open and a jillion tabs, and I tried to load up something in Copeac. It took awhile to load, Safari freaked out, and shut down. Oh well, that's what I get for working with beta software.

looks like they copied opera's speed dial aswell (the thumbnails of your favourite sites). WHO SAYS APPLE DOESN"T COPY ANYONE!! Opera should have patented that shit like apple patented multi touch on the iphone so nobody else could use it, those fucken scumbags.
