1. Don't out people.
If you can't sleep at night, try tugging it, that usually helps me. Just don't go around posting people's shit, I don't care if it's a landing page with plaint text or images of penises (thanks Superbad) across an 800x600 pixel, gray border 1 px box.
Think about all your domains and landing pages. Now think if someone posted it publically.

Isn't playing by the rules a contradiction of being scumbags, scammers, backstabbers, and liars? (ie: no honor amongst thieves)
I'm just curious how something is being "outed" when I see it in the Google ads on just about every site I have visited in the last few days. Wouldn't that be like outing yourself? If I buy billboards saying I am gay, am I in the closet?
