Azoolge still has several ringtone offers..flycell whet to shit but thumb play and dada mobile still have 13+ commissions. The flycell are carrier specific like ATT, TMobile, Verzion. But the Dada offer just says premium carriers. If your doing ringtones you might want to talk to them about offer terms.

THUMBPLAY AND DADA i was getting emails saying they werent accpting sprint nextell or boost anymore also???
so who know whats going on ???

AND if you go direct with flycell ... and other ringtones dont they accept all carriers as you can see in the bottom of flycell.com <--- (not a spam link)

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING RINGTONE TRAFFIC
Effective today, Ringtones.net and Shady Lizard campaigns will no longer accept Alltel Traffic. This means all references to or logos for Alltel must be removed from any pages associated with these campaigns. This includes Jump Pages. In addition, search campaigns referencing Alltel in the copy/PPC terms must be disabled.

Alltel’s new regulations and requirements, which contradict guidelines of other regulatory bodies, make it impossible for our affiliate marketers and content providers to service Alltel Customers. We deeply regret Alltel’s decision but we have no alternative except to stop offering products to Alltel users.

The removal of Alltel needs to be implemented immediately. As of Saturday, October 18, 2008 at 12:01 am Mountain Time, no leads for any carrier will be accepted if they are generated from pages or search campaigns that reference Altell.

In addition, carrier select pages are now required to follow the template found at: http://rbringazadev.dev01.otcus.com/generic_carrier_jump.jpg.
The new carrier select page template has been simplified to make the page easier for the consumer to understand. The specific changes to the carrier select page require that pricing, summary of terms and carrier specific disclaimers must be removed. This change must be implemented by Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at 12:00pm Mountain Time.

Dada is in the process of pulling the plug on Azoogle. AZ is currently trying to negotiate another solution... fingers crossed. Both Flycell and Thumbplay are dropping all payouts as well.

No networks/offers accept Sprint, Nextel & Boost leads. Not even Glamtones. Stupid new TOS's prevent affiliates from even mention these carriers and the offers.

If something doesn't change soon, the ringtones niche will die a slow death.

Jamster accepts Sprint. I haven't heard that Glamtones can not accept Nextel (they still have it in there Summary of Terms).

As long as people are making money off ringtones, they will continue to exist. Just because noobies can't make monies any more doesn't mean that the pros are making less.

This is a total noob question but what is the deal here? Surely there is a merchant somewhere that can make money from sprint traffic.

They can and they do. They just can't policy all affiliates and risk getting their commission reduced/cut by Sprint.
