The Lozanos

Me and Two other investors were also scammed by the Lozanos. We met the Lozanos a few years back at Affiliate Summit in Vegas.
After several months of talking with them we invested $25,000 dollars into CPABULLET. Things seemed to be find the first few months as we got the company rolling, however soon after it was up and running the Lozanos refused to answer any of our phone calls, respond to any emails, and closed out all of our email accounts and logins. We continue to try to get ahold of them and found out through several sources that they had stolen (not just money but personal belongings) from several of the employees they had hired.
We continued to try and get our money back, They refused any contacts and all threatening letters. Next we heard they had fled the state to move to Florida.
While we are still trying to get our money back and press charges both criminally and civilly, we have all realized that it will be slim to none chances of us getting our money back. Hopefully this thread can serve to warn others of there shitty business practices and scamful ways.
 
@southmiami25 - Please post some proof.

@wkboardatx - Again post some proof. (From what I recall you only invested $1,500 and that was $200 bucks at a time and you didnt even meet the deadline on the contract.

I have copies of the contract signed by you and the other partners.

@shanedollas - Ive told you once and ill tell you again. I don't owe you shit nor am I paying you shit. You also didn't do your part of the contract and I have shown you what the money was spent on. If I need to post every invoice on here I will gladly do so.

I know you're pretty full of shit and you've been pulling this kind of crap for a long time now, so could you please post all of these invoices and contracts you're asking your victims to post? Without turning this into a bigger deal than it may be already, for the sake of sheer lulz, I think everyone wants to see for themselves what you're hoping would clear your name. I for one would LOVE to witness a miracle, especially at your hand.

[note: its likely that whatever this dickbag of a guy posts is going to be fake anyway, so you may not want to take it as legitimate.]

To his victims-

Report him to the FBI for fraud. Also to the Florida AG. Tell the police, file a report. Just get it on record, even if nothing comes of it. In a case like this, its okay to be a rat. Because he scammed you on purpose, knowing full well what he was doing before you 'invested', so he deserves it, and the 'don't rat' rule no longer applies.

You're likely never going to see your cash again, but at least it raises the stakes for him to be tried in court and if he is found guilty, then you can sue him in a civil suit. Otherwise you'll be wasting your time chasing someone whom will just continue to operate like he has been doing so for years now.

To everyone else-

Don't make threads and posts here claiming you're going to sue someone or that you've been ripped off if all you're going to do is just threaten them, bitch a whole lot, and fantasize about suing them when we all know, you're not going to do shit. It doesn't help anyone. It makes it a lot worse. I mean, if you think beating the snot out of someone who rips you off is justified, then more power to ya (its not recommended and you may end up in jail for it, but at least you won't feel like a pussy), as it tends to make you feel a lot better about it and bring closure to your life.

And PLEASE stop this nonsense of "I'm just posting it here so I can warn other people about it" because THAT is bullshit. You're not doing this out of the kindness for human kind or that of your peers, you're doing it because it feels good to gripe. You don't give a fuck what happens, hell, you probably want to see it happen to other people so you don't feel as dumb for falling for it all alone.

The point is, that when someone goes into a store, talks to you, and then steals shit from your store, doing so with a smile on their face doesn't mean that the only way to solve it is to post a note on the bulletin board of a local newspaper letting people "know" so that "it doesn't happen to them". NO. Instead you're supposed to call the cops on them and report it, or find them yourself and get it back from them with a few love taps of your bat. Use your common sense, and if you don't have any, hire someone that does and get them to do it for you.

PS - STOP RESURRECTING THESE OLDER THREADS!!!! NO ONE GIVES A FUCK!!!!!!!
