Scammed by Maserati dealership

I always fail to understand some people.

You work online, you know all these review sites, are engaged in a specialized forum.... and it never occured to you to do some cursory research on a place to repair your expensive penile extension?

::emp::

Maybe he has a 4200 GT, rated as one of the very best supercars under $25k, sporty, classy and on a budget.

I would NEVER take ANY car to ANY dealership unless it was a warranty issue. We have a local honest independent shop that can handle it.

Print out all the reviews of the company along with your experience and estimated cost to repair the damage. Then lookup the CEO of the company and write a letter asking what they are going to do about it and Fedex everything to him/her.

I'm pretty sure you will get a better response then talking to whomever you talked to on the phone.

Or just email the executive office. Either way you'll get a response from someone that will at least pretend to care and make sure you're happy.

which is more likely to get opened? 1 of a 1000 emails? Or 1 fedex box?

I mean the Fedex thing will work, don't get me wrong. But I'd probably try emailing the EO first. I've had good luck doing that with companies that didn't offer great support with their lower tier customer service. In reality it's not the president's secretary calling you back, it's just an escalated support team, but they usually have the power to make decisions and get shit done.

Take a shit in the fedex box, give them a surprise when they reach down in the packing peanuts. Also piss on the peanuts after you fill up the box

I hear you and you're right. But sometimes you get really pissed at these companies. And when you do, it's tough to beat a fedex box marked "personal" addressed to the big swinging dick.

Ugh! I hear ya fellas. I have been wanting to talk to the guy who fucked up my country...turned things over to him for a few years and now its all shitty.

Supply Ability: 100 Metric Ton/Metric Tons per Week

1 metric ton = ~2200lbs.
100 metric tons = ~220,000lbs.

1 chicken = ~6lbs.
2 chicken feet = ~1/4lb.

220000/.25 = 880,000 pairs of chicken feet/week

880,000*52 = 45,760,000 pairs of chicken feet/year

that's a lot of chickens

Sorry to hear that. Lots of dealerships have a shitty way of dealing with customers, I have my own story. Over a year ago I stop by a local dealership to inquire about the Camaro. I speak to the sales person and was told that upon leaving a $500 deposit, the car I was looking for (trim & color) will be available within 4-5 days. That they just needed to bring it in from one of their other locations.

I leave the deposit and the very next day he calls me and tells me that the car isn't available anymore, and the only way now is if we place the order via the manufacture. Which really sucks since that process takes 3-4 months from inception to delivery. But I agree to it, and I get my tracking #. Couple weeks pass by, and the process hasn't budged, the manufacture (GM) was still waiting on paperwork from the dealership. I call in, and complain..he tells me not to worry about what the tracking # online says. Few more weeks go by..nothing changes online. I try to keep calling, he stops picking up the phone. Fortunately by that time I fall out of love with the camaros and picked up my bimmer..even though it cost nearly 2x more.

I never pursued this son of a bitch, and let him get away with my deposit clean. Mind if I use your thread to also call him out?
