For what it's worth, here's my experience with CShark: I've been working with him for the past few weeks and it's been awesome. He consistently churns out beautiful, high quality content and doesn't give me any shit over the price.

He's so good that my company is thinking of giving him a full-time contract for locking up his writing services.

OK, apologies for not recognizing you. We've communicated via email not here in wickedfire. I thought that you ordered with Cshark and the itrade you put on me is just a random hit, never expected you to come and tumble here, but ok I'm good with it.

Please cancel my request of itrader removal, hes an old client and please Remove the Negative iTrader I put on him. Cheers,

You had set the price for your work - I didn't even argue with it. It was your mistake that you haven't included legal images into the price. I don't care where do you get or buy them as long as they are legal. Getting an ebook with charts stolen from my direct competitors isn't something I expect for a price you decided yourself.
 
Anyone got their Wiki links yet??? Had some articles, but no links. Anybody else placed a paypal dispute

I've highlighted a part of your mail above, which says you highly endorse the quality of $1 photos( 'good quality', in your parlance) available via istockphotos.com and other similar websites.

Here's what I think we can do!

There are about 20-25 images that you'll need for the eBook in question, which should cost you around $25.

And, since you'll have to be doing my work( collecting images and pasting those into the eBook) I'll pay you a generous fee of $125 for an hours job or so.

And, then you pay me $100 and I send you the rest of the 10 pages that you currently don't have access to( No image).

Or,

In case you are paralyzed by liquidity issues you can request me to clear those remaining pages that are currently resting with me, then ask Jon/ Brandon, or Zingo to remove your negative iTrader from my iTrader page, plus remove your negative reputation and the associated comments from my rep page, and I'll send you those 10 pages--- FREE of COST.

You decide....

PS-- I'll also request mods to remove my comments/ iTrader from your iTrader pages/rep pages if we find a common ground and somehow manage to end this dispute.

Sorry, but I am not interested in doing such work, even at $100/hour.

Sure. If you can send me the whole ebook in editable format (so that I could hire someone else do the work with the images) and free of any further charges, I will gladly remove the negative iTrader rating.
 
@cshark - should you really be posting screenshots with your clients email address etc in? seems a bit un-pro to me.

If I consider this ' a request' the next step involves removing the iTrader and Neg rep comments from my iTrader page and rep page. As and when that's done a simple post here and I'll mail you the rest of the 10 pages, plus request the mods to remove my neg iTrader and neg rep off of your iTrader and rep pages.

Hi Zingo, I just want to bring your attention to Sahilsxy29's case who got banned couple of weeks back. I have talked to him and I think his services are legit which is why I agreed to post here to help him. So, please take a look and save Sahilsxy29 if you are convinced that he is playing fair.

Just saw this and I agree with Jacky.

Ive been using his services for my personal sites and had no issues with the quality of the overall service. His explanation to Joe's question/issue was a little awkward indeed and hence this may be the reason you banned him. Anyways, I just wanted to say that he has offered a positive service for me in the past, and by looking at the service he has done for me and from past buyers, Id also say his claim on unique IP's is correct and maybe there was a misunderstanding somewhere in the middle.

Just my 2 cents.
 
I buy a lot of links from people from and away from this forum, and can attest to the fact that Sahilsxy29 is Legit, I can provide evidence if needed, just PM me
 
Surely the banning of a person or persons should be dependent on the sale that is in question, and not from a "band of brothers", forming to offer protection to a poor service or dodgy sales thread. It annoyed me with Bart from the wiki links pages, that people were endorsing someone who cannot be bothered to answer their skype messages or emails and who has still not delivered on their products. Any "2 cents" should be based on the service that was or should have been provided, not on previous incidents that have no bearing to the problem in hand. As a professional poker player for many years, we had a term called collusion, and this smells of it an awful lot, even if that isn't the case.

After 7 days of not receiving any services, communication, or updates, and seeing he was banned - I charged back my order of $15.

Now I have a negative iTrader, from bichang (his joint venture partner) even though the money was REFUNDED to me and he skyped me thank you.

Requesting to have negative itrader removed - and look into bichang

Edit: I also never received the service. On the 7th day, BiChang offered to give me the order in 1 hour which never happened.

Zingo when you get a free moment can you look into this matter, screenshots or direct login access can be provided.

No links no articles and he stopped communicating again after 1 week and two email attempts. My dispute has been open since this was first brought up in this thread, so now I'll just escalate.
 
Not sure how you escalate it? Don't you just have to wait for the process to go about its business? Can't believe this tosspot scammed me if I am honest. If I catch him or her posting on Warrior , Black hat or here I will fill their thread with some very unpleasant messages.

I have now escalated too. If as many as possible are doing the same it should add value, though I fear paypal don't have a good record of paying out over virtual services.
