Scammers and Potiental Scammers Get Posted Here



I have a Paypal dispute open against "stevejobs" here, a provider of infographics and their distribution. He has 320 positive itraders and I've used him before. So I regret having to do this but here is the gist of how it went down and I can provide more documentation from the PM's themselves if needed:

Hello,

Myself and the person I've paid, "*****" using the email address ***** both work on a popular web forum. The recipient of my money has an outstanding record for positive transactions and I've personally paid him before without issue.

I regret that this time around he has not completed his side of the work. **** creates and distributes infographics to infographic galleries for marketing purposes. On Dec. 12th, 2013, I messaged **** saying that I already had an infographic created and just needed distribution. He was eager to respond to me four times that day, ranging from 11:44 PM to 3:25 AM, quoting me the price of $20 and a turn-around-time of four days. He collected the details of my work and it was understood that I would have a report of the work completed within four days.

On January the 8th, 2014, after having not heard from him (over 20 days past the supposed completion date), I messaged him again through the same medium to "touch base" and make sure all was well. This message went unanswered.

On January the 24th, a full month and 8 days past the turn-around-time, I messaged him again explaining that I needed to hear back from him or I'd have to file a complaint with Paypal and the forum we worked with. I gave him until today to reply, which is February 1st, 2014. More than enough time to complete the work or at least send a message.

Understandably, there could be an emergency. However, that doesn't change the fact that my money was collected and no work was completed.

I'd like to be refunded the amount of $20 that I paid.

Of course, it's not about $20. It's the principal of proper business ethics and the safety of our BST.

I will update this thread if he, like many others, suddenly are capable of responding when there's a Paypal dispute open.

The wrong report was sent incorrectly, and I was gone Friday - Sunday so I was unable to respond to your emails. I sent out the correct report earlier today (around 4:30PM EST).


Yup, you have to communicate with your clients, that's part of your job. Thanks for following up...

Its past Paypal dispute deadline, so I guess nothing can be done but bitch about it here. Lesson learned. $204 down the drain.

Will be surprised if I'm the only one to get screwed by this guy around here.

Didn't screw anyone Steve and a lot of of clients are still in the monthly service. Only a few gets dissatisfied around 1/50 and in your case you know why. The niche your on is really that hard and really my apologies for that, my writers tried for 7 times and you know it as well.

Sorry for not replying to you for 2 days been really busy this days as one WF client ordered a lot of packages monthly and I am not receiving any complaints whatsoever with the 52+ monthy subscription we have. January and Feb only you steve.

I already sent you a refund on $127 2weeks ago right? what $204? is it the first month last December 07? bud the content were submitted to you and you approved it, you checked it and you allow us for it to be dripped. Please advise, Ill be waiting for you on skype for the next 24 hours.

I doubt you had writers retry it 7 times. The last content bits you delivered for review were literally unreadable, there was no way we could associate that with our sites.

If the niche is hard for you, you should've told me this at the beginning. I even offered you to stop the task when the first attempt didnt go well, but you insisted in trying again.

Perhaps you're loaded with clients and couldn't find writers to do the job. Perhaps you don't have good writers on the team. I don't know and don't care. What I do know is:

We ordered your service for two sites. For each site we were supposed to get content for 1 month on 7 social networks, as advertised on you BST. What we actually got is content only for 4 out of the 7 (fb tw pin G+). What about linkedin? Youtube? Instagram? And again, the content we did get was so low quality there was no way we'd use that for our brands. You charged us $204 for the first month for both sites. This is the money you should refund.

You did provide the refund for $127, that you charged for the second month of your service for one of the sites. Sure, cause we didn't even finish work on the first month, and there was no way we'd continue subscription to your service with such results.

What you say about being unresponsive for 2 days is a lie. You were unresponsive since Feb the 4th. Sure enough, you magically reappeared now.

Bottom line is: we want a refund for the $204 that you charged us for the first month of service for 2 sites ($127 for first site +$77 for the second site that you gave as discount = $204).

When we get the refund, we'll post about it here, and part ways, no hard feelings. Otherwise, I'm done here, not gonna waste another second PMing or skyping with you. Cheers, bud.

Paypal just resolved this dispute in my favor. Stevejobs never responded to it. He's AWOL completely. I hope he's okay IRL and whatnot. Best of luck, mang.

Because when i investigate what is actually happened wrong with my paypal, so i got a few order information for the keywords "[FONT=&quot]Cheap beats by dre, Beats by dre, Beats by dre headphones, Cheap beats"

And"Beats Electronics LLC v" sell "cheap beats by dre" and i got this order from a person on wickedfire with the username: [FONT=&quot]Imso730[/FONT]

So my question is, is anyone got same kind of issue with their paypal???

What is happen wrong with me actually is anyone have any idea??

Same exact BST title and service (though more expensive now) as this BST last month.

Low post count (12), and Join date is Nov 2013, when the other username gangsterstylez was banned for scamming.

Yeah, this seems to be the same dude. He changes his info/Skype. This guy actually did the work, but all of his post (40 total) either got removed or deleted. When he first showed them to me they were there so I paid him. Once they were removed/deleted I asked him to repost them or give me a refund. After a week he stopped responding to me on Skype. When I filed a dispute on him, he started answering via Paypal asking for me to show proof that he didn't do the work. He actually posted the dead Yahoo links in the dispute (facepalm).

Just be careful. These guys are all the same. Never deliver or deliver shit.

Guy's Skype is oliver.lee89. Paypal is payment2service@gmail.com.

He also pitches guest post on sites like Huff Post.
 
Anyone buy services from "hardworking" I shelled out over $200 to this guy and have been trying to get a hold of him on Skype for over 5 days. Last week he said it would be arriving this week. Just want a status update but he won't reply to Skype, PM or email. Hardworking, if you see this please Skype or PM me ASAP

He delivered 8/10 links, a few of them fairly late, and has been stalling on the last 2.

He couldn't get placements on the original site he promised, so I approved an alternative. After being unable to secure the alternative placement, he offered more alternative placements which I didn't want, so I asked for a refund.

After a long delay in response, he replied saying he'd rather work off the remaining balance of the order rather than give me a refund. He mentioned a pretty bad ice storm hitting his country, which I definitely sympathize with, but it only explained the delay in response and not in the seeming reluctance to provide the promised refund for the last 2 links.

After I replied insisting on a refund instead of replacements links that I didn't want, I haven't heard back in nearly 2 weeks, and I did follow up letting him know I'd be posting here if I didn't hear back.

I didn't want to post here since he did deliver 80% of the order with minimal issues and I've ordered successfully from him in the past. I also saw him process a refund earlier in this thread after being called out, so maybe this is the only way to get his attention at the moment.
