Scammers and Potiental Scammers Get Posted Here

Ordered 400 unique posts on 400 unique c class IPs two months back.

Now the OP has changed it to 277 IPs. Not updated the thread.

I ordered 400 posts on 400 IPs... and I feel that the OP by changing his service two months after delivering has scammed me.

If this is allowed .. tomorrow he might sell this as 400 posts on 277 ips and then after a few mths put them all on one ip.... Is that fair?

I tried to get a refund from him and asked him to delete the posts, but he won't do either.

I request the mods to please help me solve this and help future customers of his be aware of what the OP does.
