The problem with targeting a huge demographic is that its hard to get a decent CTR with just about any kind of scholarship offer. I've tried 20 different photos for targeting the everyone in college demographic and the best CTR i can get is about .02 - .03. With a little more work, I can get up to 1% CTRs, a better ROI, Still target just about everyone in the niche, and make more money. The smaller the target niche is, the better things generally convert with this offer.
