I was brought up in a christian baptist environment and even went to private school for 8 years until I was expelled. Scientology isn't any more wacky then some of the shit they drilled into my head repeatly. For example, when I was in the 6th grade, they made all students sign a written agreement that we will not attend any movies at movie theaters or we would be kicked out of school... No i'm not bullshit you. They also convinced the entire congregation of hundreds of people that somewhere in the bible your supposed to give 10% of your weekly earning to the church. Makes you want to start one of your own. Anyone down for the church of WF?
This is only two small examples and I can go on about this subject all day since I am an atheist now and despise any sort of religion. That shit ruined my childhood and and is even causing humans to evolve slower. The common christian additude is "Oh well, who cares about what condition the planet and our society is in 100 years from now, I will be dead and in heaven" or "Jesus is coming back soon, why should you worrie?" Fucking cults I swear, all of them.
