My FB Ads Account was just officially banned so If you could walk me through the steps I would really appreciate it.

Late to the thread, but in case you check it... this might have been a glitch on the part of your affiliate network. I promoted a few dating offers on Facebook last year, and when I checked the tracking on the affiliate network's end, I noticed that I had a bunch of clicks for a penny auction offer that I wasn't promoting. Checked with my AM and it turns out that because the dating offer I was promoting was U.S.-only, international clicks redirected to the penny auction offer. Not sure why this was happening, but if the same thing happened to you, this might explain it.

I also noticed that, within a single campaign (one of the dating offers), Facebook randomly disapproved several ads that I submitted with the explanation that the ad "promoted content that violated Facebook TOS". I'm fairly certain the content was fine for Facebook, since the other 20ish ads that got approved were linking to the exact same dating offer.

Facebook is so hit-or-miss with ad approval.

I knows few ppl who have done this it's not that hard, just requires some creativity with ip address and cc number. Kind of a bitch but worth it potentially
 
How do VCC's work with facebook? Do you just buy one and setup the account with it and then swap payment methods? Or do you buy reloadable ones or something?

If someone could PM me more details and point me in the direction on where to get one I would appreciate it (tried looking on google, some of those sites look shady as all hell).
