Thinking of doing this, just encrypted my entire HDD with TrueCrypt, I used AES-TwoFish-Serpent encryption, and the hash whatever thing was the last option(Don't remember the name) and used a 20 Digit Password... That should be pretty solid right ?

Isn't the bigger risk putting all your data "in the cloud?" Or are you uploading the TC, encrypted volume?
I use TrueCrypt partial disk encryption, and I like the idea of full-disk, but it seems like there is a downside with it too - unless I'm wrong about this. With an encrypted disk container that I can mount and unmount easily, I can unmount the thing while leaving my computer on, if I'm just leaving my hotel for a few minutes for example. With full disk encryption, wouldn't you need to turn the computer off entirely in order to have any of the data secured?
