Selecting a Fiverr Gig

First of you need to make your question good! You're asking us a dumb-ass question that's why your not getting what you're looking for. Backlinking can be compared to college courses Lot's a fucking branches and lots of shitty ways.
So unless you make your question clear on which type, what kind, how are you planning to do it and what are you using it for you won't get any stable and a solid answer to your question.
Now let me answer one question on your post that deserves an answer

Your not going to get the best 2.0s on Fiver but here are some suggestions.
1. Don't just go for the biggest package.
2. Try and find one that gives you links from higher and better web 2.0s. Wordpress, Blogger, Weebly, etc.
3. Find a provider that will use your own spun article so you have some control of the quality.
4. Get the login details.
5. Buy from a reputable seller with decent reviews and repeat buyers.
6. Its $5 dollars, don't think about it so fucking much!!!
I have bought these from Fiverr and find that they are usually shit and they get deleted after a while. If you can get someone to open the accounts and build them for you than go in on your own and pretty them up.
If you want to save the $5 bucks you might want to build them yourself for the learning experience.

Do you reserach, if you google around too you'll find a few threads where people post their favorite fiverr sellers. (hint) might be a good starting point.
