I am new to this stuff. I have had my site for 2 months and I'm basically just playing around tweaking it every week to learn, changing ad placement, fonts, colors, building backlinks etc.

But in my researching I cam accross TONS of high cpc low competition keywords and made quite the nice list of about 300 KW's that have ZERO COMPETITION and all over$10 cpc but most actually are over $30 cpc.

True gems too.

So should I sell like half the list? I won't be able to get to it all. I have a job and a kid.

How much do people pay for these lists?

I used exact and phrase in my searches and set the parameters to over 2000 local searches with only low competition but the kw's on the list have NO competition or a tiny bit.

Many of them will have you kicking yourself for not thinking of them too ;)

FAIL

you should probably kick yourself for wasting time by doing what is in bold. exact is the only thing that matters. your list is worthless if it isn't only exact searches. this will change CPC too.

I meant in my searching for diamond keywords in the rough. I only use exact to make the KW lists. I'm not that new. But using the other options helps to get other suggestions and you roll from there. Am I right? Ya . I use phrase along with exact to get ideas for headlines within the article. Its especially helpful when the term is something I know nothing about. Anyways. Cheers

It's been asked, but I'll ask again: define "competition"
Also, what tool are you using for your keyword searches; Google's tool or something paid?

If you do decide to sell, keep the sales limited and build some websites for yourself around these niches. If you do believe these keywords are worth it, why would you pass up the opportunity to make money for yourself first?
