Just like the title says.

- All traffic is organic. Dominates niche. All white hat seo with rock solid rankings.
- Supplier will work with new owner.
- Really good markup, so lots of room to do PPC, social network marketing, comparison site shopping, etc with good ROI.
- Escrow for payment.
- Asking 195k, negotiable.

Please contact me for more details or post here.

Thanks.

It's like a buy it now price, if you're interested I'm open to negotiation.

The reason I ask for 30x profit is because it's rock solid seo, dominates it's niche, it's a great product, no headaches, very little upkeep, currently has no phone support and answering emails and submitting orders to supplier only takes a couple hours a day. Lots of room for potential with media buying and PPC, add phone support and almost instantly someone who knows what they're doing could double or triple the sales.

I'm looking to sell the site cause I need money to invest in another website (completely unrelated). 30x is high and I fully understand that, but for the right person this site could still be a steal at 30x.

Hope my explanation makes sense, but if not let me know.

PM me the url and I can see what I can do, however I prob wont offer more then 6x-12x monthly

To be completely fair to the guy this is a proper business model and something you can invest in rather than putting your money in an FD (Fixed Deposit). An FD gets you what 2-3% per year? And this gets you around 6.5x12x100(Earnings per monthxNo. of months in a yearx100)/195(Amount invested)=40% return every year. Just my opinion.

I appreciate the words brah.

Anybody who is interested I can give you a link with further information that has details on the serp rankings (google, yahoo, bing), that can show this is a profitable niche that is not going any where any time soon. This is not a fly by night niche, or a miracle product etc.

No problem man. It was just an opinion. To be honest, most websites being sold on the net today are being sold under what they're actually worth. I'm no pro but that's some basic math right there.

Buying a business is diff then buying something like a deposit vehicle.

Do you have experience in buying online business or even bricks and mortar's?

Lets talk about dumping our money into gold and do the same equation.. point is we can compare investments to investments all day long, it still doesn't justifying paying X number over value per month.

What you wanna pay for it is what you wanna pay for it. Other people will have diff thresholds then me for sure.

All I am saying is 30x is a bit higher then normal

You do have a point, I wasn't criticizing your comment per se but just the fact that websites get a lot lesser than what they deserve. There are a lot of things that have to be taken into account like the expense incurred, risk that one is taking, etc...

Fellah - I am interested. I will - just fyi - need attorney to go over the legal docs prior to any sale. The info I need to see - and I will sign any non-disclosure agreement you want verbal/written - are:

1) ownership (partners if any; llc; corp) of company - state/fed,
2) gross revenue; gross profit; net profit; margins; expenses (income statement),
3) current contract terms with vendor(s),
4) your legal counsel or contact person for dialogue,
5) commitment from current ownership/employees to stay on,
6) outstanding compensatory agreement for any 3rd parties,

I'll go over the numbers & data. If it's legit, I'll consider making a fair offer. You have zero feedback so I would have to run a background check; outstanding IRS liens; etc.

If you are interested, pm me. If you can't provide the above, I'll look it over.

shoot me a PM with the info, im not willing to do 30x but if everything looks good I could be interested at a lower price point
