I've decided to sell a site of mine that is rather young and making good money but could be making a lot more.
With that said the site made just under $1200 last month from adsense, amazon, ebay, and a little bit of this and that.
By this and that I mean that I ran a content locking test for three days which made and additional $111.
Site has also been doing great at growing it's email list with about 2600 people thus far. List grows at a rate of 60-80 opted in emails per day.
But the fact of the matter is that someone with a little more time and more skill than me can probably make a killing off this site. I don't see any reason why this site can't do $5K a month with more content or from some better affiliate experience than I have. (just being honest).
