Ther was some prob with my paypal account So., the whole thing couldn't complete. But he refunded my $ for this. I'll get back to him asa i resolve my paypal account prob.

I'm not sure if they fixed it or not, but you used to be able to verify a new paypal account with a VCC generated by another paypal account.

If you have onlinebanking service , then you can see paypal code within seconds of the transaction..

And CVV2 code is printed on the backside of the card
