Since this fell off the first page without review copy requests (because few members even have 5 iTrader around here), I'll take one and provide you an honest review.
 
Alright, so this guy renamed an HTML file to .XLS to send the report... no idea why he did that, but I figured it out. He sent me a bright green table with the 167 submissions that he did, which ranged from PR0 to PR5... 2 were PR5, 1PR4, most PR0.

Given that its only $8 for 300 submissions, this is a great deal, but if you're looking for really high quality submissions, go with one of the more expensive guys.

He also submitted to some sites like this: Länkkatalog.se - Stödjer IDN-adresser which is obviously mostly worthless even for SEO purposes, since its not even in the language of my site.

Like I said, recommended. It was fast. He did the job (well, he did 167 submissions from PR0 to PR5 - that's not one of the packages) and he did it quick. We'll see how well they get approved - he also doesn't do email validation for you.
