Have checked some links manually, all seems ok. To be very frank, I cant speak about SERP too quickly but I will update you guys if any positive or negative movement will be observed, by the way after analysing quality of his work and diversity and innovation in his packages like lot of content usage , idea of contextual profile links etc etc I can smell some awesome results in a long run.
