The pages where my site will be up have a PR 0 or a nice one?

For eg : If directory.com has a PR 5 and you submit my article to it than will my site have a PR of 5 or 0

I would suggest not providing Search engine submission

To anyone that knows anything, this is the biggest SEO turnk off. I'd say it is almost as bad as trying to get someone to receive the $60,000,000 you can't get out of the bank on your own.

Out of everything you mentioned, only 'Blog creation : 3 [ In different 3 sites ]' sounds like it's worth anything close to $100, and it all depends on what that means. Do you mean you will go to blogger.com and create 3 blogs each with a link back to the target website? I'm just not sure where you hope to go with this, esp without any reviews.
