Speed and Communication: Always topnotch from dgenius. The order process and delivery is effortless so doesn't require much communication, but always prompt and clear.

Report is a big XLS file that has everything from Rank tracking plus seperate sheets with all the services provided. Very well layouted and should other providers should use this as a perfect example of how to delivery a ace report.

Quality: Properties are still up even after a week from delivery and thats testament to the good content and decorations. Some layout is a bit funny on some properties but overall well layed out with paragraphs, 2 pics for decoration and appropriate anchors.
