He offered me a free review copy but i took a discounted copy. I bought 2 PR7, 6 PR6, 25 PR5 and a few more comments
Speed: 5/5 - I got the report in less than 12 hour.
Communication: 5/5 - Nothing to complain here.
Quality - 4.5/5 - Those PR7 urls really had a PR7 and were complete legit site with very nice alexa rank and superb root PR however the page had much comments on it. I checked comment count on lower pr pages and they were allright....
He used some decent text for the comment therefore things are looking cool.

Overall 4.8/5 - If blog comments are part of your seo strategy then go buy them. Prices are really cheap compared to other providers and he has lots of PR6 and pr5 urls.....

The first report has some problems inside as links were posted on paginated sites but the OP took care of it and sent me a new report with new links. I was just checking these links and it seems that these are good.

TAT is very fast as I got my report in less then 24 hours and the OBL is also not very high. The actual comments are so so.. Some are OK, some are spammy looking.

I give this service a 4,5/5.
