I am a tech retard, and need somebody to move a few small sites off a server to a new one, and to backup another site for a new owner to download.

The person I hired to do this is late and non-responsive, and I urgently need it done because the site was promised to the new owner last night.

I'd like to find somebody who would do this job, and also be available in the future to show me how to manage VPS space.

I should have put this thread in the BST forum. Forgot, really upset.

Does your VPS company provide managed vps ?

I would suggest taking that service, if available , as they will have more control over your vps than an external management person/company.

if it this Managed VPS and you have root Access or offsite backup information then we could move your entire files to your new VPS.
