I've been a paying member for probably 4 months now and never had the truly hourly updates like I'm supposed to be getting, and generally my rankings are always delayed as well. Love the potential of SEscout, but it's quite frustrating.
I am paying for a certain level of consistent service which the service is not providing. All the money is good I am paying for the service, half isn't bad money or a quarter of it isn't counterfeit.
At least a quarter of the time the service I am paying is giving me counterfeit results.
I would even be okay if it was down for only a couple of days at a time, a few times a month. Shit happens, I understand , most people do.
Hopefully the problems will be worked out by Monday. If so I would like a refund for the days the service did not work correctly.
If not, I'll have to discontinue sescout again, buy another solution and will not be signing back up when you fix the system. ANd I still want a refund for the days the service did not work.

I'm having issues too. I signed up for this service about 2 weeks ago and have had poor results so far. My rankings are all over the place, I don't get anything for Pagerank, Alexa, backlinks or Bing.
The google results for keyword rankings are very inconsistent. One day I'm #1 the next hour it says #400. On manual inspection, they are #1 all the time.
Hope it gets figured out soon.
On a side note, my tools for checking rankings on my own are shifty as well. I don't think the issue is isolated to SEScout.

Is there any possibility in giving an ETA on when the issues will be resolved? 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month?
Ryan here, we pushed out a number of updates to the scraping system yesterday afternoon. Some of you might have noticed that expanding an individual keyword now gives you the option to see the exact search that SEscout came across while searching your keyterm. This should help resolve any discrepancies a user may be experiencing, as you will see exactly what SEscout does.
Updates should be returning to normal now, if you do think you are still experiencing a discrepancy in your results, and have already checked out the new saved search option, please contact me directly through the live chat or by submitting a ticket on the site.
Submitted a support ticket on my free account. Supporting what everyone is saying here - very glitchy service. Inconsistent. Bing data never displayed (Stayed on Gathering data since account creation) and now data from Google has reset itself to (Gathering Data) and hasnt updated in about 16-18 hours.
I just officially downgraded from the $29.97/mo plan (was a life long customer) to the free account. I love your service, but I'd rather pay someone $15.00 via paypal, kick me in the nutts - that way I'm still $15.00 richer.

Sorry to see you go Dresden. I know you've been frustrated with the slow updates as of late. The recent strangeness with Google and a large influx of users have caused a bit of strain on the systems as well as us. I assure you we are working around the clock to have everything working flawlessly again. I'll be in touch.
Updates are on hold temporarily while we push out the last phase of the calibration update. Josh is making some final changes while I write up a blog post to update everyone where we are at right now.
By tomorrow all updates will return to their normal schedule.
That blog post is confusing. Are you filtering out multiple results from a domain or not? It doesn't look like it from what I'm seeing.
So if a #1 listing has sublinks below it those are counted towards the ranking, which is kinda stupid, but it doesn't always do this so then it becomes confusing and inconsistent. eg. #3 will go to #6 and then back again a few hours later.
