Is it normal for looking at one keyword's graphs just fine, but to look at another I have to refresh the entire page? If I don't refresh the page, the graph just continues to load, never showing the graph.

I haven't had this problem using Firefox. Are you using Firefox or a browser with webkit like Chrome or Safari?

Now, I have had a problem when I want to refresh the dashboard and it hanging up on the loading bar for ages until I refresh the window or visit another page and come back.

I remember them mentioning a few of these types of bugs being taken care of when they push their next version when I last looked at their bug report area. Currently the last changelog is from March 15th.

I'm using Chrome, haven't tested in other browsers.

Wasn't aware of any issues with Bing ranking. Send us a report through the site and I'll look into it for you.

My Google ranking are usually really accurate when I manually check the SERPS compared to SEscout's info. I basically stopped checking the Google data manually because it's a waste of my time.

I do find that the Bing data is not nearly as accurate as the Google data but I assumed that it was because SEscout didn't pull the Bing Data as often as the data from Google which you get every hour.

The datapoints on the graphs that SEscout creates, when is that SERP recorded? Is it the 24 hour average, a certain hour of the day?

I was so impressed with SEscout. I signed up for a basic package! :)

Thanks!

Will look into this. Seems to work in certain browsers but not in others.

There are still a few bugs floating around that we are looking into to.

Bing updates once daily, could be the reason you are seeing discrepancies. Still haven't got an actual report with discrepancies that I can look into.

That's your latest ranking position (for the hour).

I've noticed that the "backlinks" part does not update. It has been the same number since I added the domain a while back.

Anyone else seeing a lot of longtail fluctuations today? I saw the same rankings as SEScout reported when I had web history enabled but when I disabled it they are all just like before. Super weird!

When are you planning to fix bing rank tracking? none of the of terms I watch have the correct tracking. How do I know? I use proxies and all the G ranks are correct per report, but Bing is away off.

Yeah seriously. It showed today that one of my sites was ranking #1 (+25 spots) for a super competitive term today and I got super excited. But nope, not even close. :(

my backlinks haven't been updated since the server migrations... they've been sitting at zero this whole time.
