Sescout what happened



All threads on the BST are now paid only, the older ones got automatically locked and the seller is required pay to unlock the thread. It may have even changed since I last read about the changes, but that's as far as I know.

Thanks. I try to keep up with the changes/stickies too, some days I just get enough time to check my email and serp results. Other matters I play catch up on.
I turned my voice mail off last month, I burnt out on returning calls.

I clearly didn't remember.
I just wanted to bitch about shit.
I had just got to checking serp results to start my day. I've been waiting about a month for them to make fixes to my account.
I was going back to see if they got moving on getting first spot results to show up in their system.
I can run Rank Checker for client reports but I pay Sescout and they can fix their shit.
Plus I needed some other fixes.

Something else to be fixed - The support button;

if the support button worked I sure could use that, since it doesn't work in my dashboard you can take my middle finger figuratively up your ass, "it's amazing".

I used to be you. And then I stopped using their pos tracker. If they didn't fix it by now they're never going to fix it.

True story: SESCOUT's pos tracker sends emails to your clients with the subject line, "Email Report Test"

I told them about this and afaik they didn't respond.
 
Well looks like SERP results haven't been updated in the past day, bing results.. Still gathering.

Can't say I'm too surprised.
 
Are they ever going to get their shit together or have they pretty much given up on the service at this point?

I just signed up for Authority Labs on Monday (after being ignored by SEscout with 2 support tickets and 1 email about issues last week).... Well Auth Labs has an outage today and the KWs took about 36 hours to propagate with the SERPS for the first time.
 
meeeeeeeeeeeeh I searched for "SESCOUT" in title just to find a thread and bitch. All my rankings state 3-400 + so I was like WTF. I went to proxify/hidemyass and did manual searches and all my positions are stable. They had it together for a minute, idk whats wrong but as of right now (3:05PM PST); the shits fucked up and has inaccurate results.
 
Yeah it's the beginning of the month and I need to send out reports to client. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

It gets worse...

I canceled service (properly, in a support ticket) over a month ago. They responded; "Sorry to see you go but ok."

They never closed my account and this month they rebilled me!

When I wrote an email to them saying 'please return the cash and shut it down right this time,' the email went unanswered. So did the Support ticket update.

It's been 5 whole days since then... I've written a couple more times since with more harsh words, & there are still no replies at all, and no money returned.

The bill was direct to a debit card... You guys think I should have my bank reverse the charges? That kind of sucks at my bank; ugly paperwork. What other options do I have?

My guess is that they know they've failed and are resorting to outright thievery right now...
